A Bon (ancient religion before Tibetian Buddhism) tradition in Tibet area. The famous Buddha called 多增熱巴珠色was killed by a serious disease and he prophesized he would come back in the form of 100 eagles. The day it happened become the festival when worshippers saw the 100 eagles. People dress up with festival costumes and practised religions rituals on this day.
| 又稱為泊爾節， 據說一名叫多增熱巴珠色的苯教活佛在此建章立制，期間一場大病奪走了他的生命，臨終前，他說：“一年以後我會變成100只鷹回來看看你們，看看寺廟，並且以後年年來。”這天是藏曆四月三十日。翌年的藏曆四月三十日那天，100只大鷹果然繞苯日山的東面飛來。年復一年，歲歲如此。為懷念和感激多增熱巴珠色，人們把藏曆四月三十日這一天定為紀念日。 |
