1600 panda arrive the first stop of Asia tour - Taipei. Paulo Grangeon - the paper craft artists hand made 1600 (means the number of surviving pandas in the world) to tell the world about importance of protecting habitat of animal. This Taiwan exhibition additionally created black bear, stone tiger (these are extincting species in Taiwan) and add them into the group (like Where's Wally) , so come to look for them.
由臺北市政府觀光傳播局和左腦創意行銷共同主辦的「1600貓熊世界之旅—臺北」大型戶外裝置展，即將於2月28日在臺北開展，是紙雕貓熊來到亞洲巡迴的首站。展覽除了有1600隻超可愛紙雕貓熊外，市民廣場周圍還將打造貓熊綠雕及光雕布置。到了兩廳院藝文廣場展出時，更將加入為臺北展獨家量身訂作的「臺灣黑熊紙雕」跟大家見面。
這個受到全球矚目的大型保育藝術戶外展覽，主角是由法國藝術家Paulo Grangeon所創作的1600隻紙雕貓熊擔綱。這1600隻紙雕貓熊走遍歐洲巴黎、柏林、漢堡、羅馬等超過20座城市，主要目的就是要為全球瀕臨絕種的野生動物發聲。這次臺北展覽，更特別邀請Paulo Grangeon創作臺灣最具代表性的保育動物—臺灣黑熊，希望藉由200隻臺灣黑熊紙雕的展出，讓臺灣民眾更加關注在地的保育議題。
