Marco Polo German Bierfest was an astounding and unprecedented success. Every year, thousands of guests party under the giant open-air marquee, a comfortable venue for guests to enjoy the bierfest overlooking the stunning Victoria Harbour. The Notenhobler, an international band from Germany, brings non-stop entertainment throughout the night. Our chefs prepare mouth-watering authentic German delicacies including roast pork knuckle, sausages and many more.
Ride on the success of last two years, this year we continue to feature a special edition beer, Löwenbräu Oktoberfestbier, which consists of higher wort content, and has more flavour than the regular beers. In Hong Kong, Löwenbräu Oktoberfestbier could only be found in the Marco Polo German Bierfest! Come and fill your stein with this limited beer in the bierfest, only 200 glasses are available each night.
The highlight of this year is the limited edition Oktoberfest ginger heart cookies (HK$90 per piece). The ginger heart cookies are one of the traditional and popular items that used to celebrate this historical event which started with love and romance, and therefore they are in heart shape and attached with ribbon. Traditionally, people would wear the ginger heart cookies given to them by admirers. The cookies are large in size, with almost 10 inches in height. 100 pieces will be available for sale each night.
